MTB Trilogy
MTB Trilogy is a stage race for mountain bikes and enduro. The track guides the competitors into the unique nature of the Broumov region on the Czech-Polish border. The centre of the race is the small town of Teplice nad Metují. There is a start and finish of all stages, as well as catering in the park in Teplice nad Metují. The competition consists of three completely different stages in character. The distinguishing feature of all stages is the challenging profile of the track and the terrain, with many kilometres of single trails and minimal smooth surface parts.
In 2026, a new format of the MTB Trilogy race will be introduced: a Prologue and two stages. Otherwise, it will be challenging for all true bikers who are unafraid to get out of their comfort zone and want to be tested in all aspects.
During the three race days, the competitors will cover approximately 155 km and ascend more than 5,200 m. Every stage will have ten special tests (ST) for the enduro race. A mass start is typical for other stages.
In the 1st stage, Vrani Hory guides bikers to the boundary of the Giant Mountains. Bikers can enjoy great views of the highest summit in the Czech Republic, Snezka, and the fantastic panorama. Many height meters on steep hills of old volcanoes and a 385 m long railway tunnel are waiting for racers in the 2nd stage - Kleine Alpen.
